Two years ago, Gallery 21 began as more than just an art gallery—it was the realization of a lifelong dream. Founded by Dr. Farrukh Seir, a doctor by profession and an artist at heart, Gallery 21 was born from a deep and enduring passion for creativity.

Throughout his life, Dr. Seir was drawn to the world of art. Though the responsibilities of a medical career limited his ability to actively pursue it, his love for artistic expression never faded. Inspired by masters such as Sadequain and Gulgee, he spent his rare moments of leisure visiting galleries, studying great works, and immersing himself in a world he deeply admired.

Upon retirement, Dr. Seir embraced the opportunity to turn his passion into purpose. Gallery 21 was established not as a commercial venture, but as a platform to cultivate artistic appreciation within the community and to support emerging artists who often struggle to find opportunities to showcase their work.
